Every winter, something quiet and extraordinary happens. Across neighborhoods and town squares, thousands of tiny lights are wound in careful spirals around trunks and branches — transforming the ordinary into something luminous.

Tightwrap is a celebration of these committed light displays. Not the sprawling inflatables or animated rooftop spectacles, but the patient, deliberate art of wrapping every limb in light until the trees themselves seem to glow from within.

Each year, we invite photographers from around the world to capture and share these moments — the warm glow of a wrapped oak at dusk, the constellation of a hundred trees lining a boulevard, the quiet magic of light meeting bark on a cold December night.
